Stay in the Heart of History: Sultanahmet or Near Tramway (Vezneciler/Çemberlitaş)

We recommend that international participants consider staying in:

Sultanahmet

The historical peninsula, home to iconic landmarks like the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapı Palace.

 

Çemberlitaş / Vezneciler

Easily accessible by T1 Tram Line, making the daily commute smoother.

Step 1: Walk to Vezneciler Metro Station

  • Starting point: Vezneciler Cd., Fatih, İstanbul
  • Nearest Metro Stop: Vezneciler (M2 Line)

Step 2: Take the Metro (M2 Line)

  • Direction: Towards Haciosman
  • Ride Duration: ~20 minutes
  • Stop: Get off at Levent

Step 3: Transfer to M6 Line at Levent

Walk about 2–3 minutes inside the metro station to Levent M6 line.

Take the M6 line towards Bogazici University.

Estimated ride: ~10 minutes

Step 5: Walk to Güney Campus

  • Walk (about 1-2 minutes) from the metro station to the main entrance of Güney Kampüs. After the entrence, there is a 5 minute walk to the venue area (Albert Long Hall).
