Graduate Dr. Tuğrul Cabir Hakyemez Won First Prize for His Doctoral Thesis

Boğaziçi University Management Information Systems PhD graduate, Dr. Tuğrul Cabir Hakyemez, received the first prize from the Turkish Academy of Sciences (TÜBA) for his PhD thesis, “Developing a Predictive Policing System”, which he wrote together with Prof. Dr. Bertan Badur.
